With a long list of Chicago clientele, we opened Elina Advanced Skin Care in 2006, on East Oak Street, a landmark of Chicago, on the Magnificent Mile. Analyzing your skin’s unique needs, we blend the ingredients and treatments for each individual facial.

Our skin therapies benefit every skin type, from oily and acne-prone to ultra dry and aging skin. We also provide specialized treatments for teenagers, pregnant women, and people with conditions such as sun damage and rosacea.

Our products are never the same, and our facials are never the same. Your treatments will evolve as your skin improves with each corrective herbal facial. Each facial includes:

Cleansing

Steaming, vacuum and manual extractions.

Detoxifying

Application of a freshly prepared herbal detox mask with warm herbal compresses, and lymph drainage around the face and neck area.

Exfoliation

Acid from natural sources (may be salicylic, glycolic, lactic, wild berry blend, ascorbic, etc.) or enzyme blend is used to exfoliate the skin. Deep polishing of the skin is also performed.

Treatment

Application of treatment serum. Over 100 different formulas are available, the most popular being caviar extract, amino acid blend, sun damage formula, marine collagen, DMAE, sulfur, and botanical extracts. A cold laser treatment is also performed for optimal firming and healing effect.

Nourishing

Ultrasonic penetration of a specially-blended warm herbal mask with phytonutrients and vitamins.

Massaging

Rejuvenating massage with Elina Natural Transdermal Bioenergized moisturizing lotion, creams for the eye and neck area, and natural sun block.

This treatment includes facial cleansing, diamond peel micro-dermabrasion (gentle suction lifts the skin into contact with a diamond-tipped wand, which abrades and smoothes the skin as it glides over its surface), application of treatment serum customized for each client’s specific needs, biolight treatment, nourishing mask penetrated with ultrasound and a light facial massage with application of customized moisturizer and eye cream.

Crushed Amber Rejuvenating Facial
(especially beneficial for sun-damaged skin)

Rejuvenating Properties of Baltic Amber have been known for centuries. You will notice your skin being brighter and firmer after one treatment. Crushed amber scrub enriched with succinic acid, co-enzyme Q-10, a blend of natural vitamins, soy phospholipids, arnica, etc. is massaged into your skin and deeply penetrated with ultra-sound followed by reflexology massage performed over warm herbal compresses and an application of amber-firming protein mask with rejuvenating cold laser treatment. A light massage will be performed with Elina, Natural, Transdermal, Bioenergized products customized for your skin. Non-invasive Face Lift

Double Chin Reduction

Our intense derma stimulation treatment, using Scenar®, helps reduce fatty deposits under the skin and firms the chin, cheek, and jaw line areas. We recommend 3 once-a-week treatments for maximum results.

Lip Treatment

45 minutes: $60

The most stubborn wrinkles to treat are around the lips. People who have never smoked still experience this problem and wonder why. Sometimes it is genetic, sometimes it is the way we move our mouth. We can help you with a special lip area treatment which includes microdermabrasion around the lips, ultrasonic massage and galvanic penetration of natural skin nutrients to produce more collagen (Esther C, Retinol Palmitate, Silk Amino Acids, etc). Five minutes of LED will stimulate the regenerative process around the lip area. You will see the results after your first treatment!

Intensive Rejuvenating Eye Treatment

This revitalizing treatment includes ultrasonic massage and galvanic penetration of a special blend of natural vitamins and proteins to nourish and improve the appearance of the eye area. After your service, you will notice your eyelids are firmed and toned; fine lines and dark circles are reduced.

Pigment Spot Treatment Service for the Hands

30 minutes: $45

Uneven pigmentation and skin discoloration occurs as a result of over exposure to ultra-violet rays during sun-bathing or use of tanning beds. Our Pigment Spot Treatment service will help to reduce discoloration and restore the normal skin function in the damaged area. Depending on the depth of sun-damage, more than one service may be needed. This corrective treatment includes gentle cleansing with natural enzymes, diamond microdermabrasion over the area followed by an application of botanical lightening serum with the natural form of Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Palmitate) penetrated with ultra-sound and galvanic current. To finish, the area is nourished with an Elina Natural~Transdermal~Bioenergized cream or lotion chosen for your specific needs.

Complete Body Crushed Amber Treatment

Body Diamond Microdermabrasion Service

Diamond microdermabrasion helps to make your skin smooth and even-toned. When performed on the body, it will help to improve conditions such as keratosis pilaris (bumps on upper arms and legs) and sun-damage (uneven pigmentation). This deeply exfoliating treatment smoothes rough areas around elbows and knees and is able to diminish the appearance of scarring and stretch marks.

Modeling Massage

This technique of manual body plastics provides silhouette correction and a slimming effect. The directed stimulation of the fatty cells activates cellular exchange processes, promoting fat burning and reduction of fatty cells. Modeling massage stimulates development of “fibers of youth” – elastin and collagen – and improves blood circulation. Treatment can be general, or focused only on problem zones (buttocks, hip, waist, stomach, etc.). Gels, oils, and fat burning creams may be used.
